Ms. Gamez is the home economics teacher at Bradley. There are many great things to learn in her classes. Here is a sneak peek-

Q: What exactly are we doing in home economics right now?

A: Right now we are alternating between choosing careers and cooking labs.

Q: What skills are we eventually going to learn?

A: We are going to learn the basics of cooking, the basics of sewing, and how to research jobs.

Q: Can you give us a recipe of yours?

A: Yeah, sure! If you go on my  website there’s whole page with ail of the recipes that we’re going to do throughout the year.

Okay! Thanks to Ms. Gamez, here is a recipe for homemade bean & cheese nachos with cherry limeade! Enjoy!
