Being Healthy is a major importance in your life time. Things such as fruits  and vegetables will keep your heart beating more regularly. Keeping daily exercise  in your life can help you when you are older helping your body staying used to being in shape.Health comes to mind in different meanings, it can mean physical health, mental health,and emotional health.

 

According to the World Health Organization the main determinants of health are also the social and economic environment, the physical environment, and the person’s own characteristics and behaviors. On  Global Issues.org, it states that about 36 million people die each year from non-contagious disease including cardiovascular disease cancer, diabetes, and chronic lung disease. Easy things like just getting  a good laugh in can make your mood much lighter and give you the boost of confidence to stay positive. It will pay off later on.

Many people mistake being healthy and fit, for being skinny, they’re wrong. Many people struggle from the effect of eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia. In anorexia nervosa cycle of self-starvation, the body is denied the essential nutrients it needs to work correctly. This condition can kill and destroy the body. Never mistake health for starvation, Always seek for help because help can lead to recovery, and recovery can lead to health, and health will help you in the long run.
