Seniors sign letters of intent to continue playing in college
Seven athletes signed their National Letters of Intent today, on Wednesday, November 8 to continue playing their sport in college.
Senior Allie White committed to Tyler, Senior Cate Buckingham committed to West Point, Senior Hannah Lopez committed to Rice, Senior Kevin Fleisher committed to Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Senior Carlos Flores committed to the University of Houston, Senior Jack Neely committed to the University of Texas in Austin, and Senior Landy Wideman committed to Texas A&M.
It’s very exciting for them to be signing because it’s allowing them to keep on playing in the sport that they love, and they get to move on and keep going,” assistant volleyball coach Lauren Bostick said.
These seniors signed a paper saying they are officially attending a specific school, and they will play the sport that they have committed to.
