A Triumphant Fault – A Must Read Book

Now we all secretly love the cliché stories we see, hear, and read. Boy meets girl, they fall for each other, boy leaves, yada-yada and somehow we have a happy love story ending. Now books as cliché as that are great and everything, but what about true love in a genius book?  A must read like that is The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. Okay… kind of cliché, and more so with the fact that a teenage girl must read it. But the wonderful story is lovely and has such wonders in it. Sixteen year old Hazel has cancer and goes through everyday as best as she can. Her parents insist on her going to a support group in her church where she can find help in other cancer patients. She only has two real friends, Kaitlyn and her support group friend, Isaac. But on this particular day, she walks into support group only to find a new face. But of course it belongs to seventeen year old, lovely Augustus Waters, having no clue how he would impact her life so much.

John Green is a wonderful writer with four books out and two collaborations. The Fault in Our Stars truly is a masterpiece, and with that I leave you with this gem.
“I fell in love the way you fall asleep, slowly, then all at once.”
