In Hospitality class students took leftover turkey and created a delicious soup. Mr. Galvan directed his students through each phase of the process; 1. safely cutting of the vegetables, 2. Cooking the broth with all the spices, 3. Adding their choice of noodles, rice, and turkey, and 4. Even allowing the students to prepare cornbread to eat with their soup! The staff and students were able to come together throughout the day and feast, it was a great way to end the week!
