The Perfect Birthday

It’s a special occasion that happens once a year. Most people and faiths treat it as a way to calculate wisdom and maturity. That’s right, I’m talking about birthdays. Birthdays create the line of when you can start school. Everyone wants their birthday to be perfect, whether it be a princess, race car, or clown themed party. There is a wide range of types of birthdays, like ‘double digits, ‘thirteen’, and ’sweet 16’. Whatever the party is themed, there is one necessity to all birthday parties, and that is presents.
“The perfect birthday party would have a ton of people and music. For my birthday I would want to be surrounded by family,” said Oscar Fernandez, 8i. A reoccurring theme in birthday wishes is being surrounded by family and friends. Specific wishes are very different though, even with similar people.
“My perfect birthday would be with me and my family in a restaurant in Mexico. The perfect party would be with my friends and Ray William Johnson,” said Miguel Vargas (8i).
Kids enjoy and wish to have their idols and favorite celebrities at their party. Many young girls would get very excited to find out that Justin Bieber would be performing for them.
“My dream birthday party would be having Avril Lavingn singing ‘Alice’ and my favorite band Skillet singing ‘Awake and Alive’. A dream birthday would be spent with all my family and friends and $1000,” said Jacob Danglish, (8i).
Even though it may not be evident, every kid wants presents for their birthday. A present can be anything from a new toy to a celebrity performance. The perfect present can help inspire the perfect birthday. As always, every birthday will be different and full of fun.
