Krueger Falcon Band

It’s loud, exciting, fun, and it’s the biggest band in all of NEISD: Krueger Middle School Band! This band has over 300 students, 52 of those students making up the Varsity 1 band.

You can ask anybody in band, they’ll agree that it’s fun! Anyone who dropped out of band must have regretted it, because they missed out on a lot of cool stuff, like field trips, and really fun concerts. In fact, the Krueger Band was selected to participate in the All American Middle School Football Bowl Games held Sunday, Janurary 9, 2011 at the Alamodome. It was pretty neat that we were chosen to go, since only 8 bands from the South Texas area get chosen every year. If we’re lucky, we’ll be chosen to go again this year!

But you should know that besides a lot of fun, there’s a lot of hard work. In a good band, there’s a good leader, or leaders in this situation. Ms. Watson and Ms. Vasquez, our two wonderful band directors here at Krueger, put their blood and sweat into our band, that’s why we sound so good. So don’t just goof around in band, even if it’s fun. Remember to give all your effort into playing well in band, and also remember to enjoy your time!

And if you’re intrested in seeing our amazing Falcon Band play, here are the concerts that you could attend this year:
