Injured Varsity Player Returns To School

Last Friday at our football game against Reagan, one of our players was seriously injured.

Carlos Campos number 60, suffered a spinal cord concussion.

He was unconscious for 20 minutes, and was later taken to University Hospital.

His lower body was paralyzed for 6 hours.

During his time at the hospital many students went to visit him and keep him company.

The Reagan cheerleaders brought him a basket full of gift cards, candy and other goodies.

Carlos was released that Sunday, and returned to school Tuesday healthy and happy.
