Bradford Scores Early, Vols Fall to Reagan for Homecoming

The Vols came out smoking to take a quick lead with a 71-yard touchdown by Lonnie Bradford over the Reagan Rattlers. The running back took a pitch from quarterback Gabriel Rangel on fourth-and-one from the Vols 29-yard line and headed all the way down field.

Reagan scored 42 straight points after the Volunteers (2-5, 0-3) took a 7-0 lead a little more than two minutes into the contest.

Reagan was coming off a week of rest and were taken by surprise but bounced back to win over the Vols 42-14.

The Volunteers finished with 220 yards of offense, including 79 rushing.
