To kick off National Engineer’s Week, STEM will be hosting and Engineering Festival Saturday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is free.
Last year, more than 100 students in the elementary and middle grades showed up to participate. This year, the planners are hoping to increase that numer by adding. They plan to double that number this year. Plans are to include engineering and design challenges like the egg drop challenge, water bottle rockets an making goo.
STEM high school students will be helping the younger kids that show up.
