On the Go Breakfast Drinks

In a rush and don’t have enough time to make breakfast?

Want a well balanced, quick and easy fruit drink?

Strawberry- Pineapple Smoothie

What you’ll need:

1 cup of strawberries

3/4 cup of milk

3/4 cup of pineapple juice

1/2 cup of vanilla yougurt

2 tbs of white sugar

6 ice cubes


  1. Blend the strawberries, milk, pineapple juice, vanilla yogurt, sugar, and ice in a blender until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender a couple of times. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.


Banana Smoothie

What you’ll need:
1 banana
1 cup of milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 egg
2 tbs of white sugar
  1. In a blender, combine banana, milk, vanilla, egg and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass
