Blood Drive Set For Oct. 24

The JROTC will be hosting a series of blood drives with the first taking place Friday, Oct. 24.

The cause has special meaning this time as the need for blood has hit close to home. A cadet, an ISA student, was in a car accident Oct. 10 and was in surgery for a broken arm early the next morning. The students step father required 100 pintos of blood as his injuries were extensive. His mother and grandmother were hospitalized as well.

Students can pre-sign up now in the cafeteria. The blood drive will be held in MPR 2 all day.
