Blood Drive Of 2014 Helps 306

On October 24, the Volunteer Battalion hosted a Blood Drive, which was a huge success. Senior Army instructor Troy Ramirez would like to thank everyone who donated. Enough students donated blood to affect the lives of 306 people. The next blood drive will be held in January.

Fun fact:

Did you know if you began donating blood at age 17 and donated every 56 days until you reach 76, you will have donated 48 gallons of blood potentially helping save more than 1,000 lives?
