The 2019 overall season 13-17 for varsity baseball boys has been the best season they had in over 5 years. Ready to be back, they started their 2020 pre-season against Central Catholic at North East Sports Park on Feb. 12, and the team won 6-5.

Q: What is the baseball team doing to warm up for this new season?

A: So far we are getting ready for situational games so we are ready for it.

Q: How is the baseball team’s energy going into these upcoming games?

A: It’s doing pretty good. We’re not the loudest but we still like to communicate and work together and we don’t care if we lose as long as we learn from it.

Matthew Murach, 12 (first baseman)
