Brahmas scored seven runs in the first on its way to a 13-2 victory over Johnson on Thursday. Madison Collins, Hailey Roman, Arianna Lopez, and Bryley Westfahl each had RBIs in the frame.

Brahmas fired up the offense in the first inning. Collins hit a solo homer.

Collins took the win for Brahmas. The lefty surrendered two runs on two hits over five innings, striking out 11.

M. Kassis took the loss for Johnson. The bulldog allowed nine hits and 13 runs over four innings, striking out three.

Brahmas socked two home runs on the day. Collins put one out in the first inning. Gabby Sosa went deep in the second inning.

Brahmas racked up nine hits on the day. Roman, Brooke Westfahl, and Collins all managed multiple hits for Brahmas. Collins, Westfahl, and Roman each collected two hits to lead Brahmas.

We are now District Champions for 2021 and Playoffs begin next week.
