Student council hosts final blood drive

On April 17 the South Texas Blood Tissue center once again made a stop in Rider Country, collecting blood from students and teachers alike to help those in need. This time around they collected 82 life-saving units, while over the entire school year the blood drives resulted in 365 units. These units have been used to help over 1000 patients in the local area.
