Each year this game gives players and coaches a chance to test and tune, making adjustments where they see needed and lets the whole team know where they stand both as a team and as individuals before the upcoming fall season begins. Players take this opportunity to show off their skills with hopes to gain some ground on securing their spot on the field next season. This year’s game ended in a 20-14 white team victory and left both teams feeling very confident about the upcoming season.

Junior wide receiver Justin Mann was feeling very optimistic after this year’s spring game.

“I feel very positive about my team and in the way I performed because I know we will come together as one and beat any opponent that lines up against us,” Mann said. “We have the potential to go a long way.”
