NEISD hosts college night

Last week, more than 100 colleges from all over the United States set up at Blossom Athletic Center to give information to students about tours, scholarships, and anything else students from the district wanted to know.

Some students were impressed with the sheer volume of people in attendance.

“They should rent out the Alamodome because there were too many people,” senior Mason Hofer said.

Each table that was set up with all the different colleges were able to tell students about the college and help them with how to get in and apply for scholarships.

“I needed to talk to San Antonio College about tours and get a clear answer on when they would have school and tours,” said senior Nicole Medina.
