Cold Weather Grips City

Conditions have changed. Windy, cold, winter days have now taken over our city.

The weather is ranging from at least 40 degrees to the high of 48 degrees. As students bundle up for this weather, we asked a few students on how they prepare or should be dressed for this kind of weather.

“I really do not like the cold personally but I would rather have the cold better than the summer time, I usually prepare myself trying to get really warm inside then making a run for it once I step outside,” said Brena McCoy.

Many students prepare many different ways, you would think that students would wear pants like for guys or leggings for girls, but some students the cold does not faze them, they like the cold better than any other season. The weather for today is supposed to be mostly cloudy and windy. High 48F.

“I don’t mind the cold it is mainly my upper body that is the coldest out of all, so wearing shorts and things like that does not bother me, even though people think I am so weird for wearing basketball shorts and it is 41 degrees outside,” said Mark Vargas.
