On Jan. 10, 2018 the DATA program opened its doors open to eighth grade middle school students – along with their parents/guardians – who were interested in joining the program for their freshman year next year.

Before the official tour, guests were able to discuss with fellow DATA students and the director  about the classes available and how it will benefit them.

Once the tour around the campus ended, some of the middle student were able to follow a student to their 6th and 7th period classes.

“The student seemed really interested in the many classes and the software being used for some of them,” Junior Garrett Lockamy said.

Lockamy has toured students for the last three years.
