Seniors Hunter Simon and Jackson Crowell won the “Golf Scramble,”  a golf game played in pairs, Oct. 3.

“We felt really good the whole time, we felt like we were gonna win, so when we went in we had the expectation of winning because we were playing really well,” Simon said.

The scramble is played by both players; they both take a shot, and play based off of the best shot out of the two.

The pair won by four strokes and finished nine points under par, their score being 68 and Marshall coming in second place with 72.

“We both have our own weaknesses and strengths, and I think when we bring those weaknesses and strengths together we can have a full unit and we can play a really good round of golf together,” Crowell said, “We’re just really good teammates.”
