The varsity volleyball team ended a hard-fought season with three district wins against LEE, MacArthur, and South San, capping off a season in which they earned 14 wins overall.

“ I feel like this team is special because of the bond we all share, we’re more like a family than in years before, we’re really close and know we can trust each other with about anything,” junior Sasami Cavan said.

Though the team will be losing four seniors next year, the six juniors, like Cavan and two sophomores that are returning will have a lot to look forward to.

“ We have grown together as a team and these improvements are evident in the way we carry ourselves on and off the court. I am proud of what we have accomplished, because I truly believe we have taken more out of this season that we could have anticipated,” Cavan said.
