This week, as we all know, is the infamous Red Ribbon Week! Most of us have heard of this long time tradition since elementary school, or maybe you have only heard of this recently. In that case, Red Ribbon Week is where everyone expresses how much they dislike drugs. Every day of the week there is something to wear to say that you won’t do drugs. Monday was for you to wear a Bradley school t-shirt, Tuesday was dubbed to wear camo, Wednesday was to be a twin and wear the same thing as someone else, Thursday is to wear your favorite sunglasses, and finally Friday, go and grab your craziest socks to put on your feet and show off.

At lunch yesterday there was a surprise on the stage, a ‘say no to drugs’ slideshow. Everybody was trying to get a peek, while people’s heads kept blocking. Most of the slides showed students holding up a sign saying something along the lines of ‘Say no to drugs.’

Each year there is a week to say no to drugs, so in case you missed this year’s Red Ribbon Week you’ll be able to catch the next one.
