Playing With Dogs
This family is much happier with their dog

It seems impossible for dogs to do something to your brain, just by playing with them. Playing with the animal you love reduces stress, and encouarages the body to have happy horomones. Having playful times with dogs also lower blood pressure,lower cholesterol, and less risk of a heart attack.
”It fills a niche that people need right now because students are super stressed,” expressed by a third year environmental science student who proposed the idea, Michael Keen. She supports the Dalhousie University’s puppy room, and believes that this is an exceptual idea for school.
When you are having emotional problems dogs are great for that. They give you love and support after long hard days, snuggle with you when you are crying, and they understand, its their purpose. When oyu are alone you can relie and your trusted dog to be by your side.
” Our expectations are pretty high right now,” says Gavin Jardine, the vice president of student life at Dalhousie student union. He wants this program to stay in the university, for the students. He also came up with having therapeutic dogs in that room.
With the therapeutic dogs most of the students don’t have high blood pressure, depression, and aren’t lonley. Which makes students relax better, study harder, and also make more friends. Also playing with dogs can spread your lifespan much longer.
Gavin says,” We haven’t even printed. We just posted a poster to our Facebook page and took it off. We had 1,800 shares and thousands of likes. It’s gone viral on Twitter as well.” Posting thing on Facebook and Twitter has really helped supporting the ” Puppy Room.” Everyone at he school loves the idea of this program, and thinks it’s very effective.
This shows and gives other school ideas like to have Puppy Room with therapy dogs. The more time you play with your dog the happier, healthier, and less lonley. THe dogs also enjoy helping people of all ages for work, school, and fun.
