Monster on Halloween Night

Every year on Halloween night a monster eats trick-or-treaters, but tonight was different four kids named Joe, Mike, Alex,and Andy were off knocking on door to door trick-or-treating. They found a cave and decided to go in and explore. Mike and Joe wanted to go back but Alex and Andy forced them to keep going, and after a while they found the monster sleeping on pile of bones, the walls were covered in cobwebs and slime. The monster was giant like the size of an SUV and teeth sharp as a knife.
The boys were shivering in fear and ran out side as fast as they could. Joe told them not to go back in they all agreed. All of them were out of breath, but they didn’t know that the monster was now awake. They went home trying to forget what they just saw while the monster was following them. Joe heard a noise and told them to wait he quickly found out it was the monster they just encountered. Joe screams and runs as fast as he can then they saw it. they all run and hide mike said “why don’t we just attack it.” they all answered “yes”. They grab sticks and rock and start throwing it at the monster it runs away.
As soon as the monster runs they tie the rock to the stick and set traps knowing it will come back. Alex says “we should dig a whole and hide in it.” so they did. They saw the beast, so they stayed quiet just waiting till it steps on the trap. After a while it does exactly that. They quickly ran out of the whole and stared hitting the monster with their sticks. It quickly growled and the kids stopped. It quickly freed its self and the they boys ran, and they saw the monster trying to chase them but it was to hurt it went back into its cave. The boys were cheerful they thought they’ed get eaten or something. So they walked home after a long day as if nothing happened,talking as if they saw nothing. Andy said with a smirk on his face “lets never go trick-or-treating again.” they all replied “yes”. after a while the monster went out of his cave not to eat anyone but to just to enjoy they sun set on Halloween night. the boys grow up not talking about that night to anyone ever as if nothing happened.
