Final thoughts

My favorite article had to be the holiday doors, because I was part of making them for my art class. I really thought that it was fun for an article. I also think that this year was good because I really like all my classes and am looking forward to 8th grade. I hope that the lunches get better next year. (Next year I am hoping to get into high school and have fun in 8th grade). On the other hand there were some cool things about this year. There were the new video announcements and the Grease play . I also think that I could improve on a couple of my subjects.

Final Thoughts

Looking over this past year we have made some great accomplishments. The campus news team has written great articles for you and we have had some fun times. But let’s take some time for reflection.

Personally one of my favorite articles I’ve written so far is my Apple versus Android article, because this article, I think, had great meaning and relevance to the current generation.

One thing I liked about this year at Garner was the switch to video announcement; it gave viewers not only a verbal but a visual stimulus as well. On the other hand one thing that should improve next year is some of the cafeteria food. And finally one thing I hope for next year is that some of the 8th grade teachers will be great! See you next year! 🙂

The Word Almost No One Wants To Hear STAAR

If you are a student at Garner then you know that we all grade levels are taking the STAAR Tests next we April 1st and 2nd .Also, if you haven’t heard we are having a Pep-Rally for the STAAR Test @7:35am March28, 2014 in the Auditorium while the Mac Arthur Band and Cheer will be here. As if that’s not enough, the teachers will have a Crazy Teachers Parade going “Crazy” over STAAR Testing.

Good Luck on STAAR Yearlings!
