Slender: The Terrifying Game of Hide & Seek

He can see every move you make, even without eyes. He’ll follow you wherever you go, his presence penetrating your soul. And you must resist the urge to turn around, because one look into his face, and he will capture you. His name is Slender Man. He’s tall, has no facial features, and has many tentacles in which he grabs his victims. He has his very own first person scare game called “Slender.”

The game starts off in the forest, where you will have nothing but a small flashlight with a battery that you must conserve. You must then walk around the woods in search of 8 pages. Each time you find a page, Slender Man will teleport his way around you. The closer that he gets, you’ll start to hear some creepy music. When you collect 5 or more pages, the music will get louder and creepier, meaning that you have made Slender Man mad. If he does catch you, the screen will be covered in static and a close-up of his face will be shown. Not everyone has completed all 8 levels of the game, however. “I’ve only gotten 6 pages” says Lunden Lopez (8).

Even though the game is not graphic, it is quite scary.  It’s a terrifying game of hide and seek. If you’re interested in playing this game, it is available for free download on the official website.
