This weekend Johnsons varsity girl softball team won against Madison in the District 27-6A Championship and will be moving onto the Bi-District Playoff Round against Brennan.

“Bi-District Playoff is the 1st round of the playoffs. Next is Area, then Regional Quarter-Finals, Regional Semi-Finals, Regional Finals, and then the State Tournament,” softball coach Jennifer Fox said.

The games will be held in multiply locations. The first will be held Wednesday the 24th at NE- West at 7 p.m. The second will be Thursday at Northside at 7 p.m. If the final game in necessary it will be on Friday at NE-West at 2 p.m.

“Varsity games are 7 innings (usually lasts between 1 ½ – 2 hours),” Fox said.

The costs for the game are minimal so everyone can come and watch.

“Adults $4. Students $2. Faculty gets in free with their teacher ID badge,” softball coach Jennifer Fox said.
