Harry Potter Is Over (Or Is It?)

Harry Potter was followed by millions all over the world.  Now that all the books are published and all the movies created, edited, and sent to theaters, children all over the globe are sad and don’t know what they are going to read next.  Harry Potter is over (or is it?)

Starting when the 1st “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone was published, over 450 million copies of the books have been sold.  When the movies were in theaters, they made a total of $7,703,000,134 worldwide.  How did they make in the good olde U. S. A.?  $2,387,326,033!  What was the biggest money maker?  Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, of course!  How much did it make?  $1,325,945,610 worldwide and $379,245,610.  What movie made the least?  Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, sadly.  How much it they make?  $796,688,549 worldwide and $249,538,952.

Now that everything’s done, you would think that everything that has to do with Harry Potter would be over, right?  Wrong!  The next in store for Harry Potter is J. K. Rowling’s website Pottermore.  It opens next year to everyone.  I can’t wait!

What else is in store for Harry Potter?  Lego is coming out with a 2nd Harry Potter game: Lego Harry Potter Years 5- 7.  I have Lego Harry Potter Years 1- 4.  It is awesome!  I can’t wait for Years 5- 7 to come out.  It comes out on November 11, 2011.

Also, J. K, Rowling might be making a new Harry Potter book.  I guess some film making group is going to make a new movie!♥
