Haisheng Yang serves to share his parents’ beliefs that education gives students the opportunity to realize their fullest potentials and unlock their dreams. As Krueger’s team Leader, Haisheng looks forward to continuing his service at Krueger Middle School and building upon the foundations that were laid last year.
Last year Mr.Haisheng was in charge of the Ultimate Frisbee club, but this year he came back to be the team leader. We asked him why he came back and he replied, “I wanted to be a team leader because I loved working with Krueger’s students so much last year, and I wanted to continue my service with City Year.” He plans to put on more after-school events. “We did a lot last year, but with a bigger team, I think we can put on more events than we did last year.”
