If you want to get active and have some fun doing it then why not give Track & Field a try. You can sign up for track just to make yourself healthier. Plus you’ll make a lot of new friends. If your in it to win it then you would sign up for the event you would like to compete in. Then when you get to the track meet you will try your hardest to win.
Each event has their own coach, so you won’t be left not knowing what to do. Coach Kotara is in charge of the Hurdles and Coach Lopez is teaching the Long Distance runners. Last year I signed up to make myself healthier, and ended up going to the Meet of Champs. So why not join, you never know what might happen to you.
