School Shootings a Problem of Society

The school shooting in Ohio on February 27 left three students dead and two wounded. T.J. Lane is said to have been the shooter.

It is simply tragic that kids are so desensitized to violence these days that they would go to school and shoot their peers.

Video games, media, movies have all made death and shooting seem alright. Teens have no respect for life.

This desensitization added to years of bullying or torment at school or in the home, can lead to violent retaliation.

This does not justify the action, but makes it an issue society needs to solve.
