Lee High School has once again brought home a medal at the San Antonio Paella Challenge. The culinary team placed third in the high school division.
The students spent their last day of Spring Break at school making Paella Valenciana to enter into the6th Annual Paella Challenge hosted by Johnny Hernandez at the Pearl Brewery Sunday, March 15.
“They represented the school well placing third,” Lee’s culinary teacher Debbie Rohan. Placing two years in a row is quite an accomplishment, especially since we have only participated for the past two years!”
The Lee culinary team included Enrico Sepulveda, Alex Garcia, Fernando Vazquez, Eunice Robledo and Jasmine Garcia.
Lee entered Paella Valenciana into the competition.
Lee High School placed third in the high school division.
