With today being the first day of fall, new styles are pouring in. Unfortunately, with this bizarre Texas weather, rainy mornings and sunny afternoons, what does student wear? No sunny day is guaranteed in Texas, so my  suggestion is comfortable clothes. Show our school pride with our spirited t-shirts and jeans, a classic look.

Dressing to impress is the tough part, but you can always fit in with the season by wearing neutral, dark tones like reds, yellows, browns and dark greens. Lace up boots are in season and will your look very modern and classy.

“I like to dress nice everyday to express myself, I feel you can pick up good energy when you look nice.” Valeria Gutierrez, 10, says.

If your style matches a bubbly personality, try sporting a bright neon color. Studies show bright colors enhance enthusiasm and optimism; a great way to start the season. Of course, a smile always completes the look.
