Boys fall hard to #1 Brandeis

A crushing defeat from Brandeis Jan. 23 handed the boys soccer team their fifth loss of the season. Brandeis, the #1 team in the area according to MySA.com, scored two goals in each half.

The team has only scored one gaol so far in the season. Their single goal belongs to senior Niko Plumas against Midlothian Jan. 17.

Currently, the boys sit last in goal standing in the district, being two goals behind the sixth place scorer, Roosevelt, with three goals.

The team closes out non-district play against #8 in the state, according to MaxPreps.com, Clark Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. at BAC-West.
