The varsity volleyball team face a tough game up ahead against MacArthur, especially with it being their first district game of the season. Every year Mac gives the volleyball players a tough game to win, but the girls hope this year they will bring home their first district win of the year.
“The game is going to be a fight,” Coach Shannon Wolfe said “Hopefully we will win in three.”
Last year’s win over Mac solidified this year’s confidence for the upcoming game.
“I think we will win,” junior Courtney Miller said. “As long as we play together as a team we will do fine.”
With the team doing well this season, the players keep their hopes held high for this upcoming game.
“I think the game will go great if we play on point and push through,” Junior Aubrey Garza said. “We will beat Mac in three.”
The team plays MacArthur on Friday at Littleton Gym.
