After a great swim season this past 2021-2022 year, many swim team members are excited to start the next season off fresh with captain (and incoming senior) Alina Nguyen.

“My hopes for next year as captain is that to see the team grow even more,” said Nguyen.

As other leaders know, being qualified for the position takes someone willing, dedicated, and passionate.

“What I think qualifies for this position is not how fast or good you are, but the dedication you are willing to put in for the team,” Nguyen continued.

As the year comes to a close, it provides a clean slate for next years competitions and season.
