Black History Month

| February 3, 2015 | 0 Comments

February is the month to remember all of the African Americans who stood up for equality rights.  Men and women like Martin Luther king Jr. and Harriet Tubman who gave people a voice.  They defied the laws for the greater good. In America, we call February Black History Month to remember those who fought and put themselves in harms way for the better America and ultimately the world with civil disobedience. As Martin Luther King once said himself, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
