Rocketry can only be described as interesting. Mr. Lain can usually be found either in his self-titled “special” chair or behind his desk. When in the chair, he is usually instructing us on the proper way to construct and care for our rockets. His intresting trait is how he calls us out on things we do wrong in a humorous way.

In rocketry, the main goal is to build a rocket that has a successful flight. Right now, we are creating and simulating virtual rockets in the computer program RockSim 8.  If the rocket on the computer survives the virtual flight, we build it in the real world. Then we’ll go out to Isaac’s Ranch and fly them.  We are then graded and we will begin on the next rocket.
