The senior class celebrated their status with field trip to Main Event during STAAR testing last week. This trip consist of 12 school buses transporting 548 students to Main Event. After entering the bus students, were given a bracelet that would allow them to participate in games that Main Event had to offer, including laser tag, bowling, billiards, and playing the arcades and taking a walk on the gravity ropes.

“It was fantastic! I thought it was planned well and students seemed to have a really fun time,” debate teacher Jennifer Purcell said.

While waiting to attend the next game session, seniors got two slices of pizza: one pepperoni and one cheese with a large drink of their choice. All around, students laughed and played together for their last moments before graduation, a reward for accomplishing their senior year.
