Lana Del Rey in Austin

The night of Sunday, Sept. 17 Lana Del Rey performed in Austin.

I personally thought it was one of the most amazing and magical experiences for me. Her voice sounded so angelic, the music sounded so good.  It was better than I expected.

She sang three songs from her new album Did You Know There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd, including “The Grants”, “A&V”, and “Did you know there’s a tunnel under ocean blvd.”

Del Rey also included four songs from Born to Die, two from Untraviolence, and one from Cherry. She added in “Chemtrails Over the Country Club” and “Young and Beautiful” to round out the set list.

While she was performing she was interacting with her fans at the same time, regularly talking back to fans who shouted from the crowd. While the “Ride Monologue” was playing she got down from the stage to talk and take pictures with fans which I thought was very sweet of her.

All the people at the concert were dressed in Lana  Del Rey colors of white, red, and baby pink. It was like living in a Lana Del Rey multiverse.

Seeing her, seeing her fans, singing and dancing while she was performing was like a dream, and I highly recommend seeing her live if you ever have the chance.
