“What!?” I said groggily.
He said “Hurry up, we need to go before the thing gets here!”
I got up and started to run. He grabbed me and said that I was going the wrong way. Without hesitation, I reversed my course and didn’t wait for my friend.
As I was running. I heard a noise that was up ahead in the path where I was going. I couldn’t stop my feet in time, and I ran into…something! I heard a loud grunt from whatever the thing was. I saw…myself. In front of me, there I was! When I got up and reached out toward myself, I noticed that” he” moved from my hand.
“Hello” I said to myself,
and he said it back, “Hello.”
I asked if he was real, and he said, ” yes.”
