6 bags black tea
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs

1 stick butter, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
a pinch of lemon zest
2 cups powdered sugar
