The cross country team is off to a great start competing in four meets so far. “We’re doing pretty well,” says senior Tom Kirbo. “It’s not like a game, you don’t really win meets, but we have some good runners. Our girls are really good.”
Senior Lauren Hierholzer says, “Churchill and Madison are probably our biggest competition. Last year we dominated, and this year we hope to do that and win the district meet.” The cross country team will be running this Saturday, September 25, hoping to continue leaving their competitors in the dust.
