Christmas time is coming and that means two weeks off for students to relax, eat, and open presents, but instead of spending holidays in hometown San Antonio, Johnson students have different plans ahead.
In the sixth year of school history, the Johnson football team played in the state semi-finals for the first time. Coming into the season with no playoff wins, no one expected the jags to make it past the first round of the playoffs, let alone make it to the final four in the state.

Every year the football team plays the annual homecoming game. This years game will be against district foe Churchill with the jags having a chance to improve their record to 5-1.
