The  Lady Jags, who stand 7-2 in district, are up against the Chargers tonight in a match that promises to be close. The first time Johnson played Churchill, the Jags fell short by just one game after dominating the first two of five.

“We just need to play our game,” Coach Nicole Blakeman said. “We need to keep a sense of urgency and stay focused.”

Churchill stands 8-2 in district and is fueling for another win.  “We’ve been doing a lot of mental preparation for this game,” Blakeman said.

The Jags take on the Chargers tomorrow, Oct. 19, at 7 p.m. at Littleton Gym. The game will also be recorded and put on demand on television for anyone to watch, as these two top NEISD teams fight for the win.
