Juking Out Judson – Girls Varsity Soccer Playoffs

The first playoff game for the Lady Brahmas ended with a scoreboard that read 3-0 and the whole team cheering and drenched in sweat.
The entire game was played with high intensity, complete with strong musk of Brahma Pride hanging in the air, especially after Courtney Bertolf (#8), Marisa Allen (#11) and Briana Levecchi (#7) scored on Judson last Monday night.

“Every prowler and every sprint is what leads up to this moment right now, it’s why we do it,” Shannon Lukehart (#4) said. “It’s just making it worthwhile.”

The whole team played their best game, but memorable highlights of the game go out respectively: to defender Madison Kingsbury (#2), who took out three girls on the Judson team, goalkeeper Lauren Majek, who didn’t let a single shot in her goal box, and Megan Baer (#9), who was carted off the field with a torn ACL.
